We have established this aspect of our business to service the needs of those clients who wish to take an active part in the building of their home, without having to deal with the more mundane tasks performed on a daily basis by the building contractor.
Kelburn Construction's Project Management Service is a negotiable contract where the Project Management Fee would be based on either an agreed amount or a percentage of the final cost.
