Founded in 1993, Kelburn Construction, owned and managed by Archie Cottingham, continues to add prestige new homes to it's repertoire of luxury houses built in Durban and surrounding suburbs. Archie has over 20 years experience in the Building Industry both in South Africa and the United Kingdom.

Luxury homes built by the Company are featured regularly in publications such as Habitat and S.A. Homeowner magazines.
